Big companies keep advisors, designers, and systems people on call. Now your business does too.
Financial Consulting
We go through your costs, debt, and pricing the way an investment bank would. We find where money is leaking, and fix it with you.
Business Improvement
Websites, rebrands, logos, and the materials your business runs on, designed and delivered in days at a fixed quote.
Both begin with a quick client account, about two minutes. The consultation is free, and projects get a fixed quote before any work begins.
Why Valoris
Financial Consulting
The world's top advisors spend their time on billion-dollar companies, while the businesses that actually build things and keep the country running (roofers, contractors, truckers) are left to figure it out alone. Valoris was founded to close that gap: we look at your business the way an investment bank would, find where value is being lost, and help you fix it.
Business Improvement
And because winning the next job takes more than clean books, Valoris also builds the things your customers actually see. A website that brings in calls. A brand that looks as established as you are. Materials that win the work. The same care, the same standard, delivered in days, not months.
01
The same rigor investment banks bring to a major deal, applied to your books, your costs, and your operation.
02
Our process reads through your numbers fast, surfacing in days what a manual review would take weeks to uncover.
03
Our engagements are structured around your results. We win when you keep more of what you earn.
Two practices, one firm
Most owners feel both problems. Flip between them here: the money already inside the business, and the presence that wins the next job.
Financial Consulting
Plain goals, measured in dollars: lower costs, cheaper money, more revenue, and clear numbers you can run the business on.
I
We go line by line through what you spend, compare it against businesses like yours, and negotiate it down.
II
Expensive advances and loans quietly drain a business. We restructure what you owe so more of each job stays with you.
III
Once the leaks are fixed, we help you put money behind the parts of the business that earn the most.
IV
Most owners fly blind between tax seasons. We set up clean monthly reporting so you always know where you stand.

How It Works
A disciplined four-step consulting engagement. No mystery, no jargon. You will know exactly where you are at every stage.
I
We go through your financials, costs, and operation the way an investment bank would before a major deal.
II
You get a ranked list of fixes and opportunities, each with its expected dollar impact and timeline.
III
We do not drop a report and leave. We renegotiate contracts, source financing, and drive the work alongside you.
IV
Monthly tracking against the plan, so the gains stick and the business keeps compounding.
The Framework, In Practice
Six sample engagements, drawn from the patterns we see most often in owner-run businesses. Details are illustrative composites, not named clients. Every business is different, but the leaks rarely are.

The Model View · Sample
The roofing engagement , traced through a simplified three-statement model, the same lens an investment bank puts on a business. Pick any engagement above and the statements, margins and valuation all follow it. The toggle flips every figure at once.
Before Valoris
Same crews, same trucks, nearly the same revenue. What changes is how much of every dollar survives the trip to the bottom.
The top bar is the level, drawn on the same scale for every engagement (50% of revenue fills the track), with a tick where it started. Because a real year of work moves a margin by one to three points, that movement is small at this scale, so the strip underneath magnifies it: improvement runs to the right on a fixed three point range. Nothing is exaggerated, only enlarged.
The margin is the work. The value is the proof. You do not have to be selling your business for this to matter. Most of the owners we work with never will. Valuation is simply the honest scoreboard: the clearest way we know to put one hard number on what a year of this work actually built for you.
The mechanics are simple. Nobody buys revenue; buyers buy earnings, and they pay a multiple of them. When a business gets tighter, two things move at once: there are more earnings to multiply, and each one is worth more.
What Your Ownership Is Worth

The Macro Desk · Live
Monetary policy, rates, and private-equity headlines from public feeds: the Federal Reserve, CNBC, and more. Links open at the source.
Why We Watch
Every Fed decision reprices your world: what the equipment loan costs, what the refinance saves, whether that cash advance is strangling you at 38% while banks lend at 8. We track the rate environment so your debt never runs on autopilot.
And The Buyers
We watch private equity, because PE has discovered Main Street, quietly rolling up HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and service businesses. Knowing what the buyers pay changes how you run yours, and what it is worth the day you are done.
